Another astonishing summer in the books! This week’s memory books, tie dye day, luau, village goodbyes, and closing ceremony were some of the highlights of the summer. We had a fun-filled week and we hope you did too! Building Respect! If a camper can learn three things from their experience at Camp Creek Run, it's respect for others, nature, and themselves. We hope to show our kids how to get along with each other in all types of situations. Our staff helps the campers navigate their relationships with others in their villages and the Creek Run Tribe. By sharing time in the outdoors, we hope that when the kids go back to school, they will have a new confidence about themselves and how to treat others. Ga

We had a fun-filled week and we hope you did too! The Hoop! One of the great pass times at Camp Creek Run is Hula Hooping. From the Kits to the staff, everyone seems to want to levitate a hoop on their hips. The wonderful thing about it is that it is such a communal experience. New campers learn from professional campers and the process goes on and on. There are amazing techniques like walking with the hoop and kneeling down with the hoop and of course, multiple hoops! We had a fun-filled week and we hope you did too! Crafty! On a week like this one, Camp Creek Run is fortunate to have a talented and thoughtful Arts and Crafts supervisor like Judi! She leads lessons with our Lower Campers in the morning and helps our Upper Campers in the afternoon. The art pad is a breezeway for self expression and Judi keeps it all together!
